There are so many people who know that they should have an investment strategy but don't for one reason or another. They have too many obligations and constraints on their time. There is so much to stay on top of when you invest that there aren't enough hours in the day to gather all of the information.

Some have developed a strategy but don't follow up on it routinely. They either never get it started or they do and then let it "do it's own thing." Sometimes, they start to put their money to work and don't finish.
